We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. While no system is 100% secure, we work hard to safeguard your information. All personal information is handled by a team  protecting data, personal and finical. 

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill legal requirements, or maintain memorial content. We delete everything we can when we close out the files, something we are required by Ca law to keep for 7 years, at that point is it destroyed  (Legal next of kin information is deleted, the decedent information is required ). We do not sell or send out advertising at any time all information is only for the arrangements and services. 

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
